Brand Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic individual to help secure exciting collaboration opportunities for our roster of talented creators. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting our exclusive talent with leading brands, ensuring impactful partnerships that deliver value for everyone involved.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and engage with potential brand partners across relevant industries, developing strategies to attract them and tailoring proposals to align with their business goals and brand identity;
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth;
Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for both parties;
Conduct market analysis to uncover new partnership opportunities and optimize processes to enhance collaboration efficiency;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and talent management, to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.

What You'll Need:

Proven track record in sales, business development, or talent management;
Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media platforms, and content creation industries;
Fluent English language;
Strong negotiation and communication abilities;
Business communication, time-management, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills.
