We are now looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Manager who specializes in content distribution and localization to join our expanding team.
Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager specializing in content distribution and localization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' content reaches a global audience while maintaining its authenticity and relevance. You will work closely with a diverse group of influencers and content creators to promote their work and engage with their followers on various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Localization: Adapt and localize content for different platforms, regions and cultures while maintaining the creator's original style and message.
- Distribution Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Audience Engagement: Manage and grow social media communities for clients, foster engagement, and respond to audience comments and messages.
- Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and algorithms on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram to optimize content distribution.
- Content Calendar: Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring content performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve content performance and strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and content creators to maintain their brand voice and identity during content localization.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients and team members, providing regular progress updates and addressing client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of content localization and international marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for the latest social media trends.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
