Client Excellence Manager

We are looking for a Client Excellence Manager with deep analytical and strategic-thinking skills to contribute all commercial support.

What You'll Do:
- Developing of strategic plans for agency key customers and controlling the implementation;
- Participation in cross-functional projects with a production team, marketing and growth departments;
- Internal project management;
- Creating solutions for scaling and development of key customers' projects;
- Coordination of internal CRM system maintaining;
- Collecting of commercial data and creating reports based on it;
- Preparing and giving external and internal educational presentations / workshops.
What You'll Need:
- Experience of working with clients / projects for at least 3 years;
- Proficient management skills;
- A skill of convincing your teammates and lobbying to them your solutions;
- Ability to work comfortably across Excel and PowerPoint;
- Advanced level of English;
- A very attentive and extremely accurate approach to working with calculations;
- A good understanding of influencer marketing, mobile and PC gaming industry.
